The employees are led by a team of like-minded professionals with vast industry experience and hands-on implementation of complex robot-based automation systems. Ajay Gopalswamy

Chief Executive Officer

Ajay Gopalswamy leads the organisation with his 30+ years of experience in the industrial robotics and automation industry. He has held significant influential positions in organisations like Defence Research & Development Organisation, Inteltek Automation, ABB and Fanuc, before going on to found DiFACTO. Ajay drives the organization with his dynamism and creative methodology to ensure value addition to DiFACTO’s customers. Ajay holds a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Yogesh Kumar

Chief Operations Officer

Yogesh Kumar is a Mechanical Engineer and holds a BS in Engineering Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) – Pilani. With over 20 years of experience in the robotics industry, Yogesh now holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at DiFACTO. With his meticulous planning and execution techniques, he makes sure every job is done to delight the customer at every step. He started his career with Fanuc India as a trainee engineer and is associated with DiFACTO since its inception.

Anil Kumar Satapathy

Chief Technology Officer

Anil Kumar Satapathy holds 20+ years of rich experience in the Robot Engineering industry and heads the technology division at DiFACTO. He took the charge at DiFACTO in 2009 and has been associated with the company since then. Before joining DiFACTO, he worked with Fanuc India and General Motors Technical Center, where he has held various positions in the engineering division. Anil holds a bachelor degree from National Institute of Technology, Calicut.
