Fixture design & validation involves detailed analysis of spot accessibility for each spot, robot reachability, required clamping to maintain the geometry and robot singularity during access.
If required the gun or the fixture is modified to meet the above validation criteria
Intelligent Part Buffer Management System
Robot based buffer management system for an automated CNC machining and washing cell:
• Unmanned operation for more than half working shift
• Empty pallet pickup and transfer done by the same robot which does the load/unload operations on CNC machines
• System is intelligent and senses component presence / absence.
• Robot auto detects the number of pallets and picks up the top-most pallet without manual intervention.
